Description

Creamy one pot garlic parmesan chicken pasta made with juicy chicken, cheese, and pasta simmered to perfection. A quick and easy dinner in 30 minutes.

Ingredients

Scale

1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, diced

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp minced garlic

2 cups chicken broth

1 cup heavy cream

8 oz penne pasta (uncooked)

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 tsp garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add diced chicken, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Sauté until browned and cooked through.

2. Add minced garlic and stir for 1 minute until fragrant.

3. Pour in chicken broth, heavy cream, and uncooked pasta. Bring to a boil.

4. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer 12–15 minutes until pasta is tender, stirring occasionally.

5. Stir in Parmesan and mozzarella until melted and creamy.

6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.

Notes

Use freshly grated cheese for a smoother sauce. Stir often to prevent pasta from sticking. Add spinach or chili flakes to customize.
